Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Parcels within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL or DPD. We ship international packages via PostNL and are delivered in the destination country by PostNL’s local partner.
You may be required to sign for receipt. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again the next day. If you are not at home again, you will receive a message that you can pick up the package at a collection location.
Packaging
All products are shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging with extra protection on the inside and also wrapped in plastic so that the lamps are protected from moisture.
Damage during shipping is therefore almost never occurring. Not even for international shipments to the United States, for example.
All our products are packaged with great care so that you receive a real gift.
Delivery times
We work hard to deliver your ordered product(s) to you within the stated delivery time.
All products are folded by ourselves in our studio and shipped to you.
All products are shipped within 5 business days. If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days.
It can sometimes take up to 14 working days for the Signature, Moth XXL, Thistle and Nautilus to be shipped. And 21 days for the floor lamps.
If you have an urgent order, it is best to email us so that we can see if we can deliver on a shorter term.
How long the package is in transit after it is shipped depends on the destination country.
For shipments within the Netherlands, the package will be there within 1 business day after shipping. Packages within Europe usually take 3 to 6 business days to arrive.
International shipments take an average of 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Costs
For an order within the Netherlands, we charge the following delivery costs, regardless of which items you wish to order:
– Free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over € 90,00
– € 6,95 shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands under € 90,00
For shipping to all countries outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are listed on the product page of each product under the tab ‘shipping costs’.
In those countries, you pay per-order shipping costs on the item in your cart that is the most expensive to ship.
You then pay no shipping costs on the remaining items in your cart.
For most products, the following shipping costs apply outside the Netherlands:

Customs and import taxes
For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import taxes. Studio Snowpuppe has no control over these charges and therefore cannot be held liable.
We provide all packages with an invoice statement, which in most cases does not require additional charges. However, we cannot guarantee this.
