Order online at Studio Snowpuppe
Make a selection of the products by clicking on the “Products” button in the top left of the menu and then choose a product category (eg Chestnut).
Select the desired color for the lamp, the desired color for the cord and the desired quantity and then press the button ‘Add to cart’. On the order page you will be asked for your address details and an account can be created if necessary.
You can choose from different payment methods for payment:
With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way. iDEAL is the system that links you directly to your internet banking program when making an online purchase. To use iDEAL you do not need to register, download files or create an account. You pay quickly and easily in the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank. Pay as you’re used to.
With Paypal you pay easily and in a safe way, you do need a Paypal account for this. All your details are stored securely via your Paypal account and you can transfer the amount free of charge.
You can also easily pay with your credit card in a secure way. You don’t need a Paypal account for this. Your credit card details will not be saved and will only be used for the one-time payment of your order.
4. Bank transfer
If you prefer not to pay online, you can also transfer the amount to our account. As soon as we have received the payment, we will ship your order. Any costs for transferring from a foreign account are for the buyer. All prices include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail with an overview of the ordered products. As soon as the payment has been made, you will receive an email from us when that has taken place and the order will be processed. As soon as the order has been processed, another email will be sent that the package is on its way, including the track & trace code with which you can track the shipment on the carrier’s website (PostNL, DPD) This email will come from the carrier.
You can always remove or add products during the ordering process. Once the order has been placed, you can in principle no longer make changes. If the order has been placed and you discover that you have not ordered the correct product or color, you can contact us via email@example.com so that we can see whether the order can still be changed.
You can cancel the Order within 1 working day via an e-mail stating “Cancel order” with the corresponding order number or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
